One of my favorite characters from the series is Uta, a mysterious and skilled tattoo artist who is also a member of the notorious ghoul group, the Black Goat. Being a cosplayer myself, I decided to take on the challenge of cosplaying Uta and here is my buying guide for anyone looking to do the same.
Researching Uta’s Character Design
Before starting my cosplay journey, I made sure to do thorough research on Uta’s character design. This included studying his appearance in both the anime and manga versions of Tokyo Ghoul. I also looked for reference images online to get a better understanding of his outfit, hairstyle, and tattoos.

Once I had a clear understanding of Uta’s character design, I started looking for materials that would help me bring him to life.
